Virtually tripling from the former record for highest attended days, Forever Florida broke the record books on Saturday, February 15th with a 260% increase in visitors in response to its “Sweetheart Special” discount offer for the entire month of February. For $89.99 plus tax, any couple can enjoy the Zipline Thrill Pack along with either the Zipline Adventure or the Horseback Adventure-representing a savings of nearly seventy dollars per couple.

“This year’s Sweetheart Special has been a crowd favorite-especially on Valentine’s day-and attendees of all ages truly enjoyed a one-of-a-kind adventure,” said Dale Viger, General Manager of Forever Florida., “In addition to lots of couples and groups, we had a myriad of scouts hiking and completing activities around the Ranch and campgrounds. These positive numbers reinforce our growth and success as the number one zipline and eco-tourism attraction in Florida, attracting residents and out-of-state visitors of all ages and group sizes.”

The following day, Sunday the 15th, was another record-breaking attendance day for Forever Florida – Ziplines & Adventures in the Wild. The park had a 200% increase of visitors as families gathered at the “Forever Festival”, a new monthly festival for families and kids of all ages, held on the third Sunday of every month.

In addition to live music, food, and vendor exhibits, Forever Florida offered free coach rides, free hotdogs and hamburgers, and kid’s horseback rides, hay rides and mini zipline rides for $5 for all festival attendees. The Allen Broussard Conservancy at Forever Florida also held children’s activities and educational demonstrations throughout the festival to teach the importance of conservation in a fun and engaging way.

“We are thrilled that the new Forever Festival is attracting so many families, as this event is something that adults and kids of all ages can enjoy together. The Forever Festival is also helpful for young kids to break the ice and enjoy the park together with their family, in anticipation of attending one of our week-long summer camp programs in June 7th to August 1st,” said Viger.

Forever Florida’s Zipline Adventure is the biggest and safest zipline trail in Florida with seven dual ziplines and three sky bridges. The Thrill Pack features the Rattlesnake, the only zipline roller coaster in the USA; the Peregrine Plunge, the longest single straightaway zipline in Florida and the Panther Pounce, a 68- foot-high challenge tower that delivers a harrowing controlled fall.
